Before I became a coach, I was a founder who learned every lesson the hard way! In 2015, I opened my first retail business, and by 2022, we had scaled it to a few hundred locations nationwide, generating over $70 million in system-wide sales. But despite the rapid growth, we hit a wall… too much complexity, too many fires, and not enough clarity. That’s when I hired an EOS Implementer to help bring order to the chaos, align my leadership team, and refocus the business on what truly mattered.
