After helping his family’s business become the fifth-largest printing company in Kansas City, MO, growing from $2 million to $18 million in revenue, Kyle Danner left it all behind. His passion for helping people led to a degree in counseling, and his love for family business inspired him to help families and their advisors grow, transition, or exit their companies. Along the way, he attained the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) from the Exit Planning Institute.
Later, he expanded his focus beyond family business to work with organizations of all sizes and stages of growth, becoming a Certified EOS Implementer®. Since starting his entrepreneurial journey, Kyle has led more than 400 meetings and workshops in person and online for business owners, family business leaders, and advisors.
As a business owner, he saw firsthand how business could exist to serve every stakeholder it touched. That spirit of service is core to Kyle’s being. He has volunteered in various organizations, including Kansas City Chapter of Conscious Capitalism, Project Equality, Kansas City Ballet, and the Mid America LGBT Chamber of Commerce.
In his spare time, he enjoys watching live theater and dance, spending time with family and friends, and discussing big ideas over dinner at any one of Kansas City’s fabulous restaurants.
