I wake up excited to work with people and solve problems.
I love the war room—breaking down challenges, uncovering the hidden nugget, and solving issues that others can’t seem to crack. Over the past 35+ years, I’ve held leadership roles across finance, operations, and sales, including the last 10 years as President & CEO of a manufacturing company.
When I stepped into that CEO role, the culture was struggling and the business had hit a ceiling. After implementing and running on EOS, we strengthened the culture, improved accountability, solved root issues, and ultimately tripled the company’s bottom line.
I became a Professional EOS Implementer because it gives me the best of both worlds: I get to teach and coach while helping leadership teams solve real business challenges, gain traction, and build healthier, stronger companies.
I believe great businesses are built by cohesive teams—and the work should be meaningful and enjoyable along the way.
Outside of work, I enjoy golfing with family, watching sports, and unwinding with a good movie.
