Kristin Donahue, a Certified EOS Implementer, is passionate about helping leadership teams get clear on where they are headed, move forward with real accountability, and work together in a fun and functional way. With 25 years of facilitation and coaching experience, Kristin’s clients describe her as genuine, insightful, and effective.
Kristin started her entrepreneurial journey with her own company focused on employee engagement and retention. She helped businesses maximize their workforces by creating cultures that produce happier and more productive employees. Kristin’s clients spanned many industries including healthcare, government agencies, higher education, small business, and non profits. Eventually, her work shifted from creating retention cultures to coaching female sales entrepreneurs. She coached over 1,000 women in the US, Canada, and Australia to grow successful sales businesses.
Through working with many leaders and teams, Kristin identified a common thread. Most teams and leaders have a gap – a difference between where they are and where they want to be. Kristin is skilled at helping people identify their gap and learn the right tools to fix it.
