I help businesses grow with healthy, high-performing teams. Most of my career has been spent working with entrepreneurial organizations, building strategies to help them scale. I’ve run three businesses and know the chaos that comes from fast growth without structure – long hours, people issues, and margin pressure. I get it.

When our own family business hit a ceiling, my son brought home Traction. Implementing EOS changed everything. We scaled beyond industry averages, built real leaders, and improved communication and trust. The best part? My husband could finally sleep at night, and we could take a vacation without him glued to his phone. Seeing how transformative EOS was inspired me to become an Implementer. Now I help other business owners find the same clarity, confidence, and freedom.
