After we successfully sold our shops in 2021, I tried to retire – but the desire to build a family legacy and serve other leaders got the better of me.
I soon found myself meeting business owners, entrepreneurs, and leaders and noticed a common theme. People are passionate about what they’re starting. But they’re missing the processes, accountability and discipline needed to get a grip on their business – and it’s causing them stress, frustration, and complacency.
In 2023 I became an EOS Implementer to help entrepreneurial leaders transform their enterprises and, ultimately, their lives. I joyfully serve as a coach, teacher, and facilitator of the EOS process.
