Out of college I built a successful wealth management practice at Merrill Lynch and Citigroup in San Fran Bay area during the .com boom. My clients were ultra-high net worth tech founders. I felt like the startup entrepreneurs were having way more fun than me so I sold the business to my partner in 2005 and jumped into entrepreneurship.
I combined my 2 passions Investing and Architecture/Design to launch my company, Cross Properties. Over the next 12 years we developed $500M worth of luxury apartments. During that period, we grew our company from $0 to $25Mil Revenue and $15mil EBITDA with 50 employees.
I’m a constant learner and read Gino Wickman’s Traction along the way. Shortly thereafter we engaged an EOS Implementer to help us with our rapid growing pains. I served in the role of the Visionary of Cross Properties.
I’ve built businesses, I’ve lived the struggle and joy of being an entrepreneur and I’ve seen the positive impact that EOS can have on businesses. I’m a raving fan of entrepreneurship and get joy out of helping other company leaders achieve BHAGs.
