Kevin Cushing has ground it out as an entrepreneur from his days as a paperboy in Chicago, to an owner of the pub on his college campus (best gig ever!), to leading a large Hardee’s franchisee organization that grew from five restaurants to 81 restaurants across seven states. He’s led startups through their growing pains and led large international franchise networks (AlphaGraphics and Allegra) through shared vision, values and an abundance of mutual trust. Kevin’s leadership teams have appreciated his compassion, honesty and quest to help them become their best.
Leading multiple teams running on EOS since 2015 through the mentorship of EOS co-founder, Don Tinney, Kevin tallied many wins with his teams, including record years through the pandemic as well as boosting Employee Engagement scores substantially.
