I have a 30 year background in manufacturing starting with an opportunity early in my career to manage the start up of a new plant. This was my entry into operations leadership where I was able to help grow two entrepreneurial minded organizations from the $8M to $80M range in various management roles including company President.
I discovered EOS after working with an implementer, and found it to be both simple and powerful. Although our business was already successful and well run, EOS pulled everything together for us, filled in the gaps and I fell in love with the system because it worked so well. It made our business, team and my life better giving us focus, discipline, structure and teamwork.
I came to realize I was most happy and successful in my career when working with entrepreneurial, visionary leaders and helping them grow their businesses. So, I decided to devote my energy to help as many as possible.
