Over 10 years implementing EOS and we just keep getting better!!! When I first got brought in by Don Tinney (Gino’s partner) there were 14 of us implementers in a room in Detroit. Being the first implementer from outside the U.S. (Vancouver), I was the reason EOS could expand their name to EOS “Worldwide”. When asked what I do for a living, I answer with this question: you know those business owners who take twelve weeks off a year, their companies grow by at least 15% annually, and they are always involved with a family or community event? Well they are my clients! When I joined this crew of flawed individuals (myself included), we had to go to Detroit to get certified, and now implementers can choose between London. Sydney, Denver, and Detroit to join a family of over 400 of us implementing EOS all over the world.
For over 30 years, I have owned, operated, and worked with (and still work with) over 250 business owners and key decision makers only to learn that a good business is about great people, and simple processes. I have implemented EOS into every type of organization from Universities, to Mom and Pop organizations, to billion dollar production facilities with operations throughout the US and Canada – and it works. I am obsessed with this proven process and so I’m not all that keen when clients want to mess with it. I have a 100% record of success in implementing because my clients and I part ways if they choose to deviate from this simple, but not easy, process.
