I’ve worked with, for and in growth-stage entrepreneurial companies for my entire career, and I love helping these teams plan and execute on their vision!
For almost 20 years, I was an entrepreneur myself, as the owner of a fractional marketing agency working primarily with professional and financial service firms. I’m also an innovator at heart; I hold a U.S. design patent! I invented a children’s product that I launched as a B2C business, scaling the brand to shelves in all 240 Meijer stores and toy stores around the country before selling that business in 2018.
I began implementing EOS with my clients when I realized that they were hiring me to develop a marketing strategy, but they were really missing many of the foundational steps needed to build a solid plan. I’ve seen the EOS tools provide the highest amount of value in the shortest amount of time for leadership teams, so I’m passionate about bringing this cultural and financial transformation to more organizations.
I work in-person with clients in southeast Michigan (Ann Arbor and Metro Detroit), northwest Michigan (Traverse City), and throughout the Midwest. I also do virtual EOS implementations with remote teams all over the country (and yes, virtual EOS Sessions are not just possible, they’re fantastic!)
