I started my career in a family-owned construction company, coming in on the IT side but quickly realizing my real passion was running the business.
When I took over the IT division, it was losing money and morale. I went looking for tools that actually worked and found EOS. Eighteen months later, we’d gone from losses to 5% net profit. The results were undeniable, so we hired a Certified EOS Implementer to roll it out across the entire company and I stepped into the Integrator seat. Over the next four years, we grew $30 million, an 80% increase, while building a culture people actually wanted to work in.
But honestly, the numbers aren’t the part that stuck with me. What stuck was what it felt like to finally have clarity. Business can be consuming in the worst way, and I was one of those people who let it be. EOS gave me a real structure for running the business instead of the business running me. That’s what I want for every leader I work with.
Today I work with growth-minded leadership teams who are serious about building something real. I don’t consult or give advice. I facilitate, I coach, and I hold teams accountable for doing the work they said they’d do, every single session.
When I’m not in the session room, I’m usually at a baseball field cheering on my kids.
