I started my career in a family‑owned construction company with multiple divisions. I loved the hands‑on work, but I quickly realized my real passion was running the business. When I stepped into leading the IT division, it was struggling – bleeding money and morale.
Looking for a better way, I found EOS®. Within 18 months, we went from losing money to earning a 5% net profit. We rolled EOS out across the entire company, and I stepped in as Integrator. Over the next five years, we grew by $30 million – an 80% increase – while strengthening our culture and alignment.
That experience changed everything. I saw firsthand how EOS can transform not just a business, but the people running it. It gave our team clarity, structure, and the freedom to focus on what really mattered.
Today, as a Certified EOS Implementer®, I work with growth‑minded, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves leadership teams who want real results—not theory.
