Kathryn holds degrees in Human Factors and Business Management and has over 10 years of experience leading companies running on EOS. What is Human Factors? It’s the study of optimizing human performance to drive success and fulfillment within organizations. Understanding communication, motivation and our differences is key. Each component of the EOS model benefits from understanding the human element!
After a decade at AT&T, Kathryn moved to a family-owned mechanical construction company, where she was tasked with building the Residential business from the ground up. Progress was slow at first, with lots of trial and error. But joining Nexstar transformed the business. Once EOS was introduced—directly by Gino Wickman and the Visionary of EOS Worldwide as her Implementor—growth accelerated. Profits surged with 35% annual growth, new trades were launched, and most notably, it transformed the lives of her team.
