Raised in an entrepreneurial family, I understood from a young age the demands of running a family business and witnessed the rewards of discipline, hard work, and collaboration. My professional career was focused on the new emerging technology sector, and I was trained on and utilized EOS in two high-growth business settings. In both instances, I was a member of senior leadership teams that migrated EOS into organizations for successful growth. I understand how to utilize EOS tools as a leader and have witnessed how they help inspire teams to set the vision, prioritize goals, and execute expansion strategies.
Becoming an EOS implementer has been a natural next step in my career as the system aligns with me professionally and personally. I thrive working through the EOS tools with a detailed-oriented business mindset and relentless drive for accountability.
