Justin Meints has spent his career working within his own family business, giving him firsthand experience with the unique challenges that come with building a growing organization. He understands what it means to wear many hats, including the Owner’s Hat, Employee Hat, and Sibling/Son Hat, while balancing the demands of leading a business and building a strong team. Those experiences sparked his passion for helping other business owners navigate many of the same challenges.
After implementing and running EOS® within his own organization, Justin saw firsthand the impact it could have on day-to-day operations, accountability, communication, and creating a clear vision that everyone could be part of. That experience led him to become a Professional EOS Implementer. Justin especially enjoys working with entrepreneurial leadership teams who have built a successful business but find themselves working in the business more than on the business. His goal is to help organizations realize their full potential and help owners run their business rather than the business running them.
Justin believes strongly that iron sharpens iron and that some of the best ideas come from bringing the right people together. He enjoys meeting new people, building meaningful connections, and connecting others with people who can help them grow. Outside of work, Justin enjoys camping with his family, traveling throughout the United States, and being involved in his local community.
