In 2012, Justin founded EntreLegacy Group with a passion to develop leaders, inspire teams, and build world-changing legacies.
He founded Lead Michiana and Lead USA, Northern Indiana’s largest leadership events. Justin has shared the stage with John Maxwell, Chris McChesney, Les Brown, Darren Hardy, Bob Chapman, Eric Thomas, Karin Hurt, Tommy Newberry and brought many other national and global thought leaders to Northern Indiana.
