Julie Read has always been fascinated by how things work, whether it’s the human body (she literally wrote and illustrated a book on muscles) or how teams function. EOS became the perfect bridge between structure and people, and today she helps leadership teams strengthen their organizational “muscles” one meeting, one issue, and one great decision at a time.

At EOS Worldwide, Julie spent five years leading projects and then leading the company’s software product, where EOS helped her team launch and scale a new application to $1.5M in its very first year.

Before that, she built and ran a movement education business, teaching professionals how to break down complex ideas into simple, practical insights. That same gift for clarity now defines her work with leadership teams helping them to create healthy, high-performing organizations.

Julie is known for her strategic focus and steady presence with an ability to turn even the toughest conversations into productive, high-energy collaboration.
