I’ve been an entrepreneur my whole life — starting my first business at 12 as the neighborhood swim instructor. Teaching more than 200 kids each summer taught me early that business is about more than the work itself — it’s about creating systems, solving problems, and helping people grow.
With a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington, I built a career improving complex systems — from tortilla chip production to metal casting — and earned a U.S. Patent for inventing a dryness measurement system (kpi-dry™). But no matter how technical the work, I’ve always been drawn to the people side of performance.
Today, as a Certified EOS Implementer®, I fuse engineering logic, discerning insight, and candid accountability to help leadership teams align, simplify, and move forward with confidence. My sessions bring structure to complexity and humanity to hard conversations — because lasting growth doesn’t come from process alone. It comes from people united around a clear vision, doing the work that truly matters.
