Josh Ober is passionate about helping entrepreneurs build businesses on purpose so they can experience greater freedom and enjoyment in the journey.
Raised in an entrepreneurial family and grounded by his Christian faith, Josh developed an early appreciation for leadership, personal growth, stewardship, and business ownership. After serving eight years in the United States Marine Corps and completing three overseas deployments, he returned home to join his family’s businesses.
Over the next 15 years, Josh helped lead and grow multiple companies from six employees to more than 500 team members operating across 12 states. During that time, he served in a variety of leadership roles, including President, helping leadership teams navigate growth, complexity, and change.
Josh has experienced business from multiple perspectives: helping scale family-owned companies, founding a new business in 2022, and leading the integration of acquisitions, including aligning people, processes, systems, and key business functions across multiple operating companies.
Through those experiences, Josh gained firsthand insight into both the opportunities and challenges that entrepreneurs face as organizations evolve and grow. He discovered the power of a simple, proven operating system and saw how a leadership team with a clear vision, healthy accountability, and disciplined execution could transform not only business results, but the enjoyment of running the business itself.
Josh believes that businesses can be powerful vehicles for serving people and changing lives, and he views leadership and entrepreneurship as opportunities for stewardship and impact.
Today, Josh works with entrepreneurial leadership teams to help them gain clarity, solve issues permanently, strengthen accountability, and build healthy organizations that change lives. His mission is to help business leaders create a more enjoyable journey while building organizations that positively impact their employees, families, customers, and communities.
Josh lives in Pennsylvania with his wife, Amanda, and their four daughters.
