After time in the military and years in education, I stepped into entrepreneurship—launching a family centre and an edtech company. I thought hard work and good intentions would be enough. They weren’t. Without a system, I was stuck in the grind, reacting instead of leading.

It gave me the structure to lead differently—empower my team, create real momentum, and build businesses that didn’t depend on me for every decision.
