About

Joshua Kornitsky has lived the challenges of growing a business to the point where success becomes harder to manage instead of easier to lead.

A fourth generation entrepreneur, Joshua has spent more than two decades helping business leaders solve complex operational and leadership challenges. His career has included leading technology for a Fortune 500 automotive organization, consulting with business owners across a wide range of industries, and co founding and growing a SaaS company.

What shapes Joshua’s work today isn’t just his experience advising businesses. It’s the experience of building one.

In 2015, Joshua was part of a leadership team that implemented EOS. The clarity, accountability, and traction it created fundamentally changed the way he thought about running a business. When he later co founded a software company, implementing EOS from day one became the foundation for how the company was built and led.

Today, Joshua works with leadership teams that have reached the point where working harder is no longer the answer. Drawing on his experience as an executive, entrepreneur, leadership team member, and EOS Implementer, he helps growing companies become easier to lead by building healthier leadership teams, creating greater accountability, and establishing a practical system for executing their vision
