I quit my first job out of college and started a company with a friend to help small businesses acquire more customers. We had more excitement than experience in those days. Ultimately, that business was not our greatest success, but we learned many lessons.
A year later, we regrouped. We would grow our second company, an advertising platform, to a $23M exit in just over 2.5 years. Later in my career, I would join the executive team of a struggling software company, help turn it around, and participate in my second exit.
Throughout my career, I’ve helped a broad spectrum of industries including residential construction, HVACR, pet insurance, healthcare software, real estate, personal branding, financial services, IoT data, and business intelligence software. I empower teams to tame operational chaos, create winning cultures, and drive profitability.
