I am a team leader, teacher, and coach with a passion for helping organizations thrive. I’ve been working with individuals and teams in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors for more than 20 years – bringing order to chaos and cultivating healthy culture. I draw from a diverse vocational background, including teaching, construction, sales, coaching, and management.
I was introduced to the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) when I was VP of Operations at a manufacturing company. I was struck by how EOS uses simple, proven tools to bring organizational clarity and to get everyone on the same page. In fact, I was so impacted by EOS that I became a full-time EOS Implementer. I now focus my efforts on teaching, facilitating, and coaching leadership teams to get what they want from their businesses.
A native of the Chicagoland area, I now live in North Carolina where I enjoy time with my family and community. I love to build things, am passionate about baseball, and love a well-told story.
