About

Josh Costner is a Professional EOS Implementer® who has lived the journey he now guides others through. A North Carolina attorney and graduate of UNC School of Law, he started a law firm and title company as a one-person shop and grew it to 180 employees closing real estate deals in 11 states. The company made the Inc. 5000 five times and the Charlotte Business Journal Fast 50 five years running. Josh ran that company on EOS, exited after a merger, and later started a vacation rental management company that ran on EOS from day one. He’s been an EO member since 2013 and a YPO member since 2022. Today he helps leadership teams get the same clarity, accountability, and traction. He lives in Charlotte with his wife, Carmen, and their four kids, and he coaches middle school baseball.
