I’m a Professional EOS Implementer® based in Central Virginia, and I’ve spent about twenty years in and around leadership teams, helping entrepreneurs turn chaos into clarity and control. Over the years I’ve scaled a managed service provider overseas and watched it get sold twice, and I helped build a software company that hit a $10 million valuation before ultimately failing. Living through both the wins and the wipeouts shaped my belief that business owners deserve a system that actually works in the real world, not just in a book or a binder.
When that software company failed, I went looking for answers because we had all the “right” ingredients for success and still hit the wall. A colleague handed me Traction, and I couldn’t put it down. The simplicity and common sense of EOS gave me the cohesive structure I had been missing. At my next company, I was hired as COO and I asked the CEO for permission to implement EOS; it worked incredibly well, and I realized I enjoyed teaching the team how to run on EOS even more than sitting in the seat myself. That experience led me to make the jump to become a full‑time EOS Implementer, dedicating my work to helping leaders like you run a better business and live a better life.
Today, I work with a wide range of organizations—from fast‑growing startups and multigenerational family‑owned businesses to complex, enterprise‑level teams—all facing the same core challenges of alignment, accountability, and execution. I come into the room as a straight‑shooting, collaborative guide who will help you get clear on your vision, strengthen discipline and accountability, and build a healthy leadership team that actually enjoys working together.
