Clarity – Growth – Freedom. My relentless pursuit of these 3 themes throughout life has brought me to where I am today. I’ve always been drawn to the big questions and the value of gaining understanding.
Over the course of my career I’ve started and run organizations, helped lead a new real estate brokerage to become a top brokerage in the state in two short years, and coached other entrepreneurs to grow their businesses. Through all of this I experienced the joy, frustration, rewards, and stress of being an entrepreneur. It was along this entrepreneurial journey that I discovered my true passion: Helping business owners and leadership teams experience Clarity, Growth, and Freedom.
My approach to help you get more of what you want from your business is simple. I leverage my ability to teach, coach, and facilitate your Leadership Team to clarify where your organization is going and how you’re going to get there. I then help you implement a comprehensive system to create accountability and discipline to achieve your vision. Along this journey we intentionally work to build a healthier leadership team that functions cohesively, to run a better business and live a better life.
