When my dad started his own business, he wanted freedom. He took an entrepreneurial leap, built a loyal customer base, and worked tirelessly for over twenty years. But real freedom never came—he remained the primary producer, and the business never scaled. He mastered his craft, but not a system that could run the company without him.
I grew up working with him before leaving for a corporate career. Years later, I returned to my entrepreneurial roots, joining the leadership team of another family-owned company. With the help of an EOS Implementer, we learned to work on the business, not just in it, and doubled revenue from $40M to $80M in two years. I realized that’s what my dad’s business was missing.
I wish someone had helped us back then to build a scalable business and create true freedom. That’s why I started Corner Four Consulting—to help entrepreneurs get what they really want: growth, freedom, and a self-managed company. As a Certified EOS Implementer, I’m passionate about helping owners build businesses that work for them, not the other way around.
