About

Jonathan Bowman is a lifelong entrepreneur who founded his first company, Harmony Home Health, at 22, just after graduating from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Under his leadership, Harmony was recognized on the Tampa Bay Business Journal Fast 50 list in both 2012 and 2013, and Jonathan was named the overall winner of the Up & Comers Under 30 Award in 2011.

After nearly a decade of steady growth, the business hit a ceiling in 2013. That’s when Jonathan discovered and self-implemented EOS. The impact was immediate—Harmony doubled its revenue over the next three years and was ultimately sold to a private equity firm as a platform acquisition.

That experience reshaped how Jonathan thinks about business—and life.

Since then, he has devoted himself to helping other entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses. As an EOS Implementer, Jonathan has facilitated more than 800 sessions with over 90 leadership teams, helping them build high-performing organizations where the system actually sticks.

Jonathan is known for creating high-energy, authentic sessions where leadership teams can have real conversations, solve meaningful issues, and enjoy the process along the way.

He is a graduate of the MIT Entrepreneurial Masters Program and a former President of Entrepreneurs’ Organization Tampa Bay. He lives in St. Petersburg with his wife, Melanie, and their two daughters, where he enjoys cooking, sailing, traveling, and staying active.
