About

I’m passionate about helping growth-minded business owners and leadership teams get more of what they want from their businesses – creating clarity around where they’re going, gaining traction on getting there, and building healthy, high-performing teams along the way.

Over the past 25+ years, I’ve owned or been a partner in five businesses. Some were successful, some were not, and all taught me valuable lessons about entrepreneurship, leadership and building a great business. Most recently, I led and co-owned an equipment design and manufacturing company that we grew 7x in 9 years while building a strong leadership team around us.

I’ve facilitated more than 400 EOS® sessions with entrepreneurial leadership teams. I bring both that experience and my years in the entrepreneur’s seat into every session, while staying true to the EOS Proven Process®.

I work best with leadership teams that want to grow, are open and honest, and are willing to do the work required to get better. My goal is simple: help them get 100% on the same page with their vision, execute with greater discipline and accountability, and build a healthier organization along the way.

I live in Barrie, Ontario with my wife, Kristin. We have four young adult children and are grateful to be living The EOS Life®.
