Two passions are the driving force behind my work; first, to help business owners and leadership teams gain clarity and traction on their Vision – getting everything they want from their business – and second, to help create fulfilling and engaging work places for their teams. I only work with teams that are looking to grow, expand and get better!
Over the past 25 years, I’ve owned or been a partner in 5 businesses – 2 successful and 3 not so much – but all were great learning opportunities! In the most recent of those ventures, I led and co-owned an equipment design and manufacturing company. In 10 years, we grew that business 7x and developed a great team, but I was ready for a change.
In 2019, I began living my EOS Life®, working with leadership teams to fulfill those two passions – helping leaders become their best, while creating great places to work by helping companies implement EOS in their business! In 2024, I added ProfitWorks as an additional service offering to support my EOS® clients and their teams.
I live just north of Toronto, in Barrie Ontario with my beautiful wife Kristin. Together, we have four wonderful young adult kids – loving The EOS Life®!
