For more than twenty years as a business owner, I’ve believed that when leaders commit to becoming better, they create better companies. Real success happens when leadership teams open up, think differently, and challenge one another to grow.
In 2012, I started using EOS tools as the Integrator in my own company. With a clear vision and a united leadership team, I saw the power of the EOS system firsthand. After years of negative growth, our net income climbed 35%, and 250 employees began rowing in the same direction toward a shared goal.
That transformation sparked the next chapter of my career. Today, as an Expert EOS Implementer®, I’ve guided more than 75 entrepreneurial companies through over 1,000 sessions—helping leadership teams break through barriers, align around vision, and achieve the success they imagine.
Outside of the session room, I’m an avid amateur athlete—a skier, cyclist, runner, and golfer—who values endurance and discipline. I’ve been married to my wife, Stacy, for thirty-eight years, and my favorite title by far is G-pa to my beautiful granddaughters, Shae and Zoe.
