I grew up in Dallas in a family of entrepreneurs and learned about fragility as my granddad closed his business, we sold our family home to fund my dad’s business, and then my dad later closed that business. After college I went the corporate route and worked for a bulge bracket investment bank investing in real estate and growing real estate companies. I loved the rigor and results, but definitely wasn’t in control of my own destiny. I left and founded a real estate development business where we secured over $500mm of projects within our first year. Now I work with leadership teams to pull the fragility out of running their businesses and lives while controlling their growth and destiny.
