I’m John Lerchen and I’ve a genuine passion for partnering with leadership teams who have the fire and grit to be better tomorrow than they are today.
As an entrepreneur I’ve experienced the highs of rapid growth and the lows of imminent collapse. I know firsthand what it feels like to lead through chaos, to execute on ever changing priorities, and to carry the weight of consequential decisions.
Today, as an EOS Implementer® I combine that experience with focus, discipline, and accountability to help founders, CEOs, and leadership teams achieve meaningful and lasting results.
When not helping leadership teams grow, you’ll likely find me on a cycling path, cooking for family and friends, or – weather permitting – flying aerobatics
