John Cooke

I believe business should be challenging, leading should be rewarding, and life should be enjoyed.

For more than 30 years, I’ve led people, teams, and organizations in high-performance environments. My journey has taken me from the outdoors of a small North Carolina town to the United States Naval Academy, to landing on aircraft carriers, to managing budgets larger than I ever imagined, and ultimately to executive leadership in private industry.

One of the defining experiences of my career came while serving as President and EOS Integrator for our family business during COVID. Together, our leadership team implemented EOS, transformed chaos into clarity, and doubled sales. I experienced firsthand the challenge of balancing vision with execution and, more importantly, the power of a healthy leadership team aligned around a simple, proven operating system.

I love helping leadership teams win, not just by achieving better results, but by building healthier organizations, stronger relationships, and more fulfilling lives.

I lead, facilitate, and coach with the principles that guide my life: integrity, courage, commitment, and servant leadership. My faith gives me purpose, my family keeps me grounded, and I believe great leaders create lasting success without sacrificing what matters most.
