Joe has been a part of three different startup companies across different industries, taking two of them to second stage and exit. He has sat in leader/manager/owner seats for over 15 years. These ventures have great success stories as well as stories of the pain and education that bootstrapping brings with it.
Joe was introduced to EOS in 2017 and personally implemented EOS in two of those companies. He has first hand experience of the powerful change that the tools and disciplines drive when adopted by the leadership team of an organization – profitable growth, effective and accountable people, and more control of the business, so the business is no longer running them.
Joe’s passion for coaching and teaching is a powerful partner to his love for business and big ideas. His Core Focus is to help growth minded entrepreneurs implement the EOS model to get more of what they want from their businesses and ultimately live a better life.
