About

I work with leadership teams that want to raise their level of performance—not by adding more process, but by getting clearer, more honest, and more disciplined about how they lead together. My focus is helping teams align around priorities, make strong decisions, and follow through consistently as the business grows.

My background includes years inside fast-moving companies, partnering directly with six CEOs across three organizations. I’ve been part of leadership teams navigating growth, ownership changes, and moments when the organization was stretched thin. Those experiences taught me what actually helps teams stay focused and effective when the pressure is on—and what gets in the way.

Before becoming an EOS Implementer, I built and ran my own leadership and HR advisory practice. That work sharpened my ability to see patterns in team dynamics, accountability, and structure, and to address them in a practical, business-minded way. Today, that perspective supports my work with leadership teams, but my role is not HR—I help leaders lead better together.

My style is steady and direct. I create space for real conversations, keep teams out of the weeds, and help them leave sessions with clear commitments they can act on immediately.
