I became an entrepreneur in 2008 when I started a long-distance moving division for 1-800-Pack-Rat during the worst recession in history. I started a journey and leveraged my entrepreneurial skills and business experience to grow the division from nothing to $32M in less than 4 years. I fell in love with the start-up euphoria and wanted to work with other entrepreneurs to help them gain traction in their businesses.
I started a firm helping entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses to grow and gain traction in their business. I found that I had a real passion for helping entrepreneurs structure their businesses for success. One entrepreneur was successful in reorganizing his business to successfully grow the number of locations by over 150% over the past 4 years.
I was introduced to EOS in 2021 and saw the impact that it had on a business firsthand with increased clarity on the company’s vision and instant improvement in the leadership team’s health, They have come to realize their 3-year picture in the first year of using EOS.
I am passionate about helping entrepreneurs get what they want out of their businesses.
