About

Joe has won a Stanley Cup and turned around businesses. Now he helps leadership teams do both.

A former professional athlete, CEO, VP, and Executive Director, Joe played in the NHL, won a Stanley Cup, and was inducted into the Nova Scotia Sports Hall of Fame. He brings that same discipline, focus, and drive from elite sports into business leadership.

Before becoming Executive Vice President, he led a tech startup as Chief Executive Officer and rebuilt a healthcare organization as Executive Director. He has managed complex operations and high performing teams across multiple industries and regions. He also tried self implementing EOS himself, giving him first hand insight into the challenges business owners face when trying to scale without guidance.

As a Certified EOS Implementer, he has guided more than 45 leadership teams to align people in the right seats, increase executional accountability, and achieve measurable growth. His work blends championship focus with humility, empathy, and practical business experience.
