About

I am a former professional athlete, CEO, VP, and Executive Director who has spent my career leading high stakes teams to perform at their best. I played in the NHL, won a Stanley Cup, and was inducted into the Nova Scotia Sports Hall of Fame. I bring the same discipline, focus, and drive from elite sports into business leadership.

Before becoming Executive Vice President, I led a tech startup as Chief Executive Officer and rebuilt a healthcare organization as Executive Director. I have managed complex operations and high performing teams across multiple industries and regions. I have also tried self-implementing EOS, giving me first-hand insight into the challenges business owners face when trying to scale without guidance.

As a Certified EOS Implementer, I have guided more than 35 leadership teams to align people in the right seats, increase executional accountability, and achieve measurable growth. My work blends championship focus with humility, empathy, and practical business experience.
