About

Joe is a former professional athlete, CEO, VP, and Executive Director who has spent his career leading high-stakes teams to perform at their best. He played in the NHL, won a Stanley Cup, and was inducted into the Nova Scotia Sports Hall of Fame. He brings the same discipline, focus, and drive from elite sports into business leadership.

Before becoming Executive Vice President, he led a tech startup as Chief Executive Officer and rebuilt a healthcare organization as Executive Director. He has managed complex operations and high-performing teams across multiple industries and regions. He has also tried self-implementing EOS, giving him first-hand insight into the challenges business owners face when trying to scale without guidance.

As a Certified EOS Implementer, he has guided more than 40 leadership teams to align people in the right seats, increase executional accountability, and achieve measurable growth. His work blends championship focus with humility, empathy, and practical business experience.
