Joe Calhoon has spent his career helping leaders build organizations where people truly thrive. Early on, he worked with Stephen Covey teaching The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People™ around the world — an experience that shaped his passion for helping individuals and teams unlock their potential.

Over time, Joe discovered he loved working with small and mid-sized entrepreneurial companies. He and his partner created a simple process to help leaders develop and implement business growth plans, writing books like Prioritize! and On the Same Page and working with hundreds of clients to make a lasting impact.

But, Joe was frustrated. He knew there was more. When he discovered the Entrepreneurial Operating System, he found the perfect framework to align vision, discipline, and health — turning great ideas into lasting results. Today, he helps leaders achieve more clarity, traction, and joy in business and in life.
