Jody is a coach, entrepreneur, and business leader with a passion for helping others achieve breakthrough growth.
Born into an entrepreneurial family, his first venture began with shining shoes at his dad’s barbershop. After spending over 25 years in corporate leadership as a Director for a Fortune 250 company, Jody returned to his entrepreneurial roots, successfully running privately held businesses for more than a decade.
From his own successes, he has coached organizations in leadership, marketing, client acquisition, and sales—helping over 100 businesses scale past 7 figures annually.
Most recently, Jody founded a home services recruiting agency where he implemented the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®). The results were extraordinary—rapid growth, operational clarity, and the ability for Jody to transition from daily operations to serving as Board Director.
That transformation was life-changing, sparking his mission to help other leaders experience the same freedom, growth, and clarity through EOS.
