Experienced Leader: While on the leadership team for a 115-person national consulting firm in construction, I was introduced to EOS. We hired an EOS Implementer, and I was internally accountable for the roll-out of EOS throughout the organization.
Adventurer: I love a challenge. With extensive speaking experience, others have said that my style is both direct and attentive to the needs of others.
Developer of Leaders: I have recruited, trained + coached leaders who have volunteered more than 77,000 hours of their time to lead others. I know what it means to create and communicate a compelling vision and invite others to dedicate themselves to that vision and mission.
Champion for Dynamic Meetings: I am allergic to ineffective meetings. With bright minds and team health, meetings should never be unproductive or boring. If you think that’s impossible, I’ll prove it (see “Adventurer” above)!
