My entrepreneurial journey started after a career in public accounting. I bought a manufacturing company in need of a turnaround, rebuilt it, and sold it. After selling my business to a key employee; I enjoyed a 2-year transition period. This experience allowed me to discover my passion for working with entrepreneurial leadership teams.
