Jim has been in the construction industry his entire life, starting in the family business at 16, then working for a large national contractor after college. At 26, he started his own general contracting firm and spent the next 21 years trying to create his own operating system to run the business like a well-oiled machine. It wasn’t until 2016, after he read the book Traction, that Jim discovered that there was already a blueprint how to do it.
