Jim is an encourager, helper and entrepreneur at his core, but it took him a long time to figure that out. Jim has 30+ years in Sales, Marketing & Operations leadership roles in companies from $100B enterprise to mid-market to SMB to running his own business.
In 2012, Jim took over a struggling IT services company and doubled revenue in two years but realized that growth creates its own set of challenges for leadership teams. Jim then decided to start his own sales consulting business.
In 2018, Jim was on the client side of three EOS implementations and got to witness firsthand how the EOS tools helped his clients’ leadership team solve their biggest frustrations and get a grip on their business. He was hooked and became an EOS implementer.
Jim has worked with more than 100 business leaders and their teams, helping them to proactively break through challenges and deliver business transformations.
Jim currently helps clients implement EOS in the Pacific Northwest.
Jim is happily married, has two grown daughters, six grandkids, and splits his time between Portland, OR & Spokane, WA
