I started my first business at the age of 12, a woodworking business, one of many endeavours along the way as my passion for business and entrepreneurship started very early!
Over the past 25 years, I’ve led Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams in a variety of organizations, the last 3 of which were medium sized businesses. One that was very successful, and two that required complete turnarounds.
The first of these was a $20 million five store retail operation. I was told to either turn this around or it would be shut down. While I’m happy to report we were successful, it was hard won, took 5 years and gave me a lot of grey hair. Fast forward to the 3rd business, which was struggling when I joined, but at a time when I had been introduced to EOS. From the moment I read Traction to my first session with an implementer, I was hooked. This was the framework that had been missing all those years ago to deal with misaligned teams, competing priorities, and the struggle to scale with any speed.
I’ve become so passionate about the EOS approach that I decided to become an implementer. I want to help other businesses grow with clarity and confidence, including yours.
