I’ve spent more than 25 years building and leading businesses in Mexico and Central America.
And I’ve learned something the hard way:
The biggest constraint to a company’s growth is often not the market. It’s how its leaders think, decide, communicate, and execute.
Like many entrepreneurs, there was a time when I believed being a great leader meant having the answers, solving the problems, and being involved in almost everything.
Eventually, that approach becomes the problem.
A company cannot truly scale when its founder remains at the center of every important decision.
My own entrepreneurial journey taught me the importance of building strong leadership teams, creating clarity, developing accountability, and installing the disciplines that allow an organization to grow beyond its founder.
That is what eventually led me to EOS®.
Today, as a Professional EOS Implementer®, I work with entrepreneurs and leadership teams to help them get crystal clear about where they are going, gain real traction in executing that vision, and become a healthier, more cohesive team.
I don’t approach this work only from theory.
I’ve lived the entrepreneurial journey myself — the growth, complexity, uncertainty, difficult decisions, mistakes, breakthroughs, and constant evolution required to build a better company.
That experience shapes the way I enter every EOS session.
My job is not to run your business for you.
It is to help your leadership team become strong enough to run it better.
