Jerry Kauffman

Jerry is passionate about helping entrepreneurial leaders and organizations. He works with leaders with great ideas/products who need help with tools / system / structure to turn their VISION into their REALITY. He believes deeply that small / medium-sized businesses are vital to creating opportunity for people and the lifeblood of economic health of their communities, particularly in rural areas. He’s learned a lot over the years, much of it in a “seat of the pants” mode common in entrepreneurial businesses. Jerry has plenty of “stars and scars” from those years and brings those insights to his current work. Jerry was the CEO of an SMB where he hired an EOS Implementer to facilitate implementation of EOS. He experienced firsthand how the system worked, how it benefited him as the leader, his leadership team, and the company as a whole.
