Jennifer is a lifelong serial entrepreneur and EOS Implementer whose path has been shaped by grit and hard-earned reinvention. She began her career at companies including Hewlett-Packard and Oracle before moving into real estate finance and investments. After losing it all during the Great Recession and rebuilding from bankruptcy as a single mother, she co-founded a company that quickly grew to 30+ team members and served more than 1,000 clients.
In 2012, despite having no prior childcare experience, Jennifer acquired a struggling preschool and grew it into three thriving centers serving 300+ children with 50 team members. After implementing EOS, she increased net profit by more than 700% and successfully exited in 2021 when a private equity firm acquired her schools while retaining her team and business model. Today, having completed over 200 client sessions, she helps entrepreneurs build stronger businesses, healthier cultures, and more freedom through EOS.
