From an early age, I knew corporate life wasn’t for me. At 24, I launched my entrepreneurial journey, building a company that quickly grew to over 30 staff and 1,000 clients. But success wasn’t linear; the Great Recession brought bankruptcy, personal loss, and the challenges of raising a child as a single mom. Failure wasn’t an option, and with grit and resilience, I rebuilt.
My passion for children led me to acquire a struggling preschool, which I expanded into three thriving centers with 50 staff and over 300 children. Yet behind the growth, I was burned out, working 16-hour days, constantly putting out fires, and losing myself in the process.
Everything changed when I discovered EOS. By restructuring operations, empowering leaders, and focusing on vision and execution, my net profit grew by more than 700%, my staff and families flourished, and I finally reclaimed my life.
In 2021, I achieved a successful exit when a private equity firm acquired my school while retaining my team and business model. Today, I dedicate my career to helping entrepreneurs and leadership teams implement EOS, scaling their businesses, building healthier cultures, and creating space for owners and teams to thrive.
