Jennifer Lewis grew up in an entrepreneurial family and saw both the struggles and the pains of running a family business. While most little girls were playing with barbies and dolls, Jennifer was creating and launching different companies in her grandfather’s study.
While attending college, Jennifer got a job outside the family business to gain outside experience becoming the highest producing sales manager multiple years in a row and wore many hats in various leadership roles. After that company sold, she was recruited to run a small national company and doubled their revenue from $4 to $8 million in under 5 years and led the company through a couple of acquisitions.
Jennifer is an Integrator and has experience running a company on EOS. She is passionate about helping small business leaders and their teams get more aligned, accountable and healthy.
When Jennifer isn’t helping entrepreneurs, she is being a mom to her 2 children, Mya, Keagan and their pup Luna and is passionate about giving back to her community. Depending on the season, you can either find her and her family in the mountains, on the water, or at the basketball court.
