Jennifer Lewis is a Certified EOS Implementer in Fort Collins, Colorado, helping business owners and leadership teams across Northern Colorado and throughout Colorado get more of what they want from their businesses.
Jennifer has always loved helping people see what’s possible and then helping them figure out how to get there.
She also knows that growth isn’t always easy.
Before becoming an EOS Implementer, Jennifer spent more than 20 years in sales, leadership, and business growth. She helped grow a company from 5 locations to more than 250, through acquisitions and eventually a sale to private equity.
She experienced the excitement of growing a great company, but she also lived the hard parts. More people. More problems. More pressure. And the realization that what got you here won’t always get you where you want to go next.
That experience shaped how Jennifer works with leadership teams today.
She genuinely cares about the people in the room. She listens closely, asks a lot of questions, and has a way of seeing what may not be getting said. She’ll help a team get to the real issue, even when it means having a hard conversation.
But she believes you can be honest and hold people accountable without tearing them down.
Jennifer wants people to leave the room feeling challenged, but also seen, supported, and excited about where they’re going.
She loves working with owners who have already built something great but know there is more ahead. They want a stronger team, less depending on them, and a business that can keep growing without taking over their life.
Because to Jennifer, building a great business isn’t only about the business.
